Our Service & How To Order

• 1. Please select the appropriate code/screenshots and gallery photo for each of our products.

• 2. On receipt of all invoice orders, a 50% deposit is required. Prior to the fulfillment of the goods, the final payment for the order. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full by our company's bank account (PT. Kargo Kita). Goods will only be inspected and collected when the remaining payment has been received in full by PT. KARGO KITA.

• 3. Production times vary depending on the volume of the goods produced and the range of suppliers. As a general rule, give yourself six weeks to produce most products (some may take less time), plus two weeks for collection, packaging, and loading.

• 4. Payment may be sent to our firm bank account via telegraphic transfer. You can transfer US dollars or euros (US$ / EURO).

• 5. Starting with the arranging of orders by email, we can help you. We can also verify the goods ordered, process the orders, and handle collecting and packing. Additionally, we can help you with container booking, packing, and loading as well as shipping to your desired sea port. Provide the sailing schedules for your containers, organize the document exports, and send the document export by courier.
